The Wyatt DynaPro Plate Reader 4 High-Throughput Dynamic Light Scattering (HT-DLS) instrument is designed to provide automated analysis of the size and molar mass of particles using dynamic light scattering (DLS) and static light scattering (SLS).
• Precise temperature control with temperature range: 4 to 85°C
• Measure hydrodynamic radius (Rh) from 0.5 to 1,000 nm
• Measure weight-average molar mass from 1 to 1,000 kDa
• All measurements made in situ inside wells of 96, 384, and 1,536 microwell plates
• Acquire melting temperature (Tm), aggregation onset (Tagg), and thermal onset (Tonset)
• Acquire diffusion interaction parameter (kD) and second virial coefficient (A2) data
• Capture single-well images to detect bubble formation, crystals, or precipitates
