The Beckman Coulter Optima XPN-100 Ultracentrifuge is designed to achieve high-resolution separation of biomolecules (proteins, viruses, nucleic acids, etc.) and particles. PBCF offers two XPN-100 ultracentrifuges.
• Achieve ultra-high speed and force: up to 100,000 RPM and ~800,000 x g
• Temperature control from 0-40°C in 1°C increments for sensitive samples
• Multiple acceleration/deceleration profiles to control separation quality
• Further separate samples using piston fractionation, conveniently located in the same lab
• PBCF offers pre-chilled (4°C) fixed-angle, swing-bucket, and zonal rotors
